High School Musical Movie Experiences

Thankful to God for amazing experiences to be part of the Disney movies High School Musical 2 (released on the Disney Channel and DVD) and High School Musical 3 (released in theaters, on the Disney Channel and DVD).

After praying for God to open the door, He did!

It was 2007 and I was working at a Christian television ministry, where God blessed me with many amazing opportunities, including producing for television and to be on camera at times for various reenactments and cover footage. At this time, God had also blessed me with other television experiences and helped me start Soul Check TV. Thankful to God for all the great opportunities for Soul Check TV, with the ministry and TV/Film, and for all His blessings!

One of my dreams was also to be part of family friendly films. (As a Christian, it’s so important what work, projects, TV and films we choose to be part of, for God will hold us accountable. We are responsible for our actions and our actions affect other people.)

Loved the Disney Channel’s movie High School Musical 1 and heard Disney was making a sequel, which I believed would be a future classic, family-friendly film that I would love to be part of!

After praying and searching for any audition I could find on the internet, God opened the door. There it was, an audition for High School Musical 2, all the way in Utah, far from my home at the time in Florida.

It wouldn’t be long before I would be meeting Director Kenny Ortega and filming on set with Zac Efron!
